From the desk of Catchlight Painter Kate B:

Over the weekend, I headed west to the woods of Western Massachusetts to help out my mom with some priming and painting. Wallpaper was removed from the living room and entry hall and underneath was a mix of horsehair plaster and some not-so-flat wallboard. In addition to that, the ceilings had been redone because, for some reason, after six years my mom no longer enjoyed eating and cleaning up the paint chips that were continuously falling from above.

I brought my mom one of my Catchlight shirts that was now in “exterior condition” to wear and after putting off the work by taking a trip to the Harley Davidson store, eating lunch, and considering a nap, we hit everything with a coat of primer and a finish coat on the ceiling. I thought I’d record us Polish Princesses all dolled up and gearing up to work… Enjoy these excited faces!
