Boston Residential Painting: Straight Talk

So this is what personal responsibility and straight talk in popular culture have come to--Alex Rodriguez, New York Yankees superstar and admitted steroid/banned substance user (for those less baseball-centric readers, background link here), assembles what one would assume is the best public relations thinktank that 100 million can rent, and this is what they come up with:

Question (paraphrase): Would you consider yourself a cheater?

Rodriguez (paraphrase): That's not for me to decide...it goes back to that I wish I'd gone to college...

Immediately after reading this, I couldn't help joking to my wife that the next time she asks me whether I've cleaned the bathroom, I'm going to tell her "really, it goes back to the fact that I never got my masters in English."  His answer was that ludicrous and yet, how many of us have heard something similarly specious from a customer service provider?

At Catchlight, we believe that if there's any element of mystery to what we're doing on your painting project, we're doing something wrong.  Transparence, accessibilty, and straight talk never go out of style around here.
