Boston House Painting: Hello...Jerry

At the end of last week, Nigel and I had occasion to attend a small business conference in Chicago. The conference itself was fantastic—a LOT of great information and dialogue packed into two short days—but the evening flight home was, as most evening flights home are, a little bit dreary.

So…my mind started to wander down the usual avenues: are the Sox going to win the World Series?, should I do something new with my hair?, and of course the old standby: if Catchlight were a Seinfeld character, what character would we be?

So let’s see: George? Nope, not George Louis Costanza, he’d never pass our background check. All those tall tales and workday naps under the desk.

Elaine? Probably not…she doesn’t do so well at office parties plus she’s a little too hands-on, shoves people. Can’t have that.

Kramer? Tough call but ultimately, not Kramer; he’s got a unique sense of style for sure but it’s probably a little too...peculiar for many of our clients.

So at the end of the day, it looks like we go with Jerry. And that makes a lot of sense to me: he’s meticulous, he keeps a nice home, and he’s paid to make people happy. You might say he’s the Catchlight of their little crowd.

Catchlight, a Professional Company, Passionate About Painting. AKA Jerry.
