Scott Burt, a friend of Catchlight's and the owner of Topcoat Finishes in Vermont, is kind enough to link us to an article he's written for American Painting Contractor.

He writes: "one of our best painters came from a company in Boston called Catchlight Painting...I was so happy to see his skill set and work habits...but also thankful to Catchlight Painting for having such a solid apprenticeship program in place."

We were delighted to read Scott's words; more still to echo his challenge to painting contractors bent on doing their business the right way--"figure out how you want your business to fit into the industry, get the right people on board, and go make it happen."
